Commute first. Fit second. Availability third.
A great school still has to work twice a day. The finder begins with proximity, then puts the cost, required fees, admissions posture, grade span, school type, and scholarship information in one place.

What matters beyond tuition
A school can look strong on paper and still be the wrong fit for a particular child. Use each school’s expanded parent details as a first screen, then verify these six issues during a tour or admissions call.
What “verified” means
The regional inventory starts with the Florida Department of Education private-school directory, which is based on annual school-submitted surveys, and is supplemented with major schools not present there. A link labeled “Published page” goes to a school page reviewed for this finder; “School website” means that detail has not been verified on a dedicated current page.
- Drive time is estimated from approximate road distance and normal local conditions; use “Live directions” before making a commute decision.
- Florida private schools are not licensed, approved, accredited, or regulated by the Department of Education. Directory inclusion is not accreditation or endorsement.
- Student-needs filters use disability categories submitted to the state directory. A reported category does not establish a specific program, accommodation, staffing level, current opening, or suitability for an individual child.
- FES-EO and PEP labels reflect the state directory on the review date. Scholarship eligibility and acceptance can change.
- Published tuition may exclude deposits, application fees, technology, uniforms, transportation, meals, trips, insurance, or aftercare unless stated.
